Wired Sound Academy Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites operated by Wired Sound Academy LLC ("Wired Sound Academy," "WSA," "we," "us," or "our"), including wiredsoundacademy.com and our Orlando location website (together, the "Site"), and the classes, courses, consultations, tours, and other services we offer (the "Services"). By using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Who We Are

Wired Sound Academy is a DJ and music production school with locations at 115 NW 6th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311 and 3370 Rouse Rd, Unit 118, Orlando, FL.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Site, enroll in courses, or provide personal information. A parent or guardian who enrolls a minor accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.

3. Courses, Enrollment, and Scheduling

Course descriptions, schedules, instructors, and availability shown on the Site are subject to change. Enrollment is confirmed only once we accept your application and receive any required payment or deposit. We may reschedule or cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or circumstances beyond our control; if we cancel a course you paid for, we will offer you a comparable alternative date or a refund for the portion not delivered.

4. Tuition, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Tuition, payment plans, deposits, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the enrollment agreement you sign with Wired Sound Academy and any terms presented at checkout. If you enroll in a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on the agreed schedule. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and we do not store full card numbers.

5. Student Conduct and Facilities

Students and visitors must treat staff, instructors, other students, and equipment with respect. You are responsible for any damage you cause to WSA equipment or facilities beyond normal wear and tear. We may suspend or remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful, without refund where permitted by your enrollment agreement.

6. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Wired Sound Academy about inquiries, appointments, class updates, enrollment information, payment reminders, promotions, and customer care. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. 7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy (wiredsoundacademy.com/privacy-policy), which is part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in our course materials, including text, video, audio, logos, curriculum, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Wired Sound Academy and protected by law. You may use course materials for your own personal learning only. You may not copy, record, redistribute, sell, or publicly share them without our written permission. Music and projects you create yourself during your courses remain yours.

9. Photos, Video, and Recordings

Classes, showcases, and events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to WSA using images or recordings that include you for educational and promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing at info@wiredsoundacademy.com that you wish to opt out.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses and links to third-party services (for example, booking, scheduling, and payment providers, and social media). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

11. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." While our instructors bring real-world experience, we do not guarantee any particular career result, bookings, income, or industry placement from taking our courses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wired Sound Academy and its owners, staff, and instructors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wired Sound Academy from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
