CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Ready to turn your passion for music into real DJ skills?
This 4-week Essential DJ Course is designed as an after-school program for kids ages 12–16, taking complete beginners to confident, capable DJs. Students will learn all the core fundamentals—mixing, beat matching, transitioning, using FX, track selection, and recording—using professional DJ controllers and industry-standard gear.

They’ll train on the same equipment used in clubs around the world, with their own dedicated XDJ-RX3 setup in the classroom and access to CDJs as they advance. Small class sizes ensure personal guidance, hands-on learning, and real support every step of the way.

Students also receive practice privileges in our DJ studio, allowing them to keep improving outside of class on professional equipment.

DJ Nares has been passionate about music since childhood, inspired by the sounds and energy of family, friends, and unforgettable live performances. Over the years, he has honed his skills as an audio engineer and producer, creating tracks that blend technical precision with creative flair.
As a DJ, he has made a name for himself in Miami’s vibrant music scene, captivating audiences with dynamic sets and a deep understanding of musical energy. Known for his versatility and dedication, Nares continues to push the boundaries of sound and performance, leaving a lasting impact wherever he plays.

Oscar Troya – DJ | Producer | Performer
With over 600 shows worldwide, Oscar Troya is one of Ecuador’s most iconic DJs. He became a resident DJ at his country’s top club at just 15, and today, his high-energy sets and powerful audiovisual shows continue to captivate audiences across the globe.
His music regularly tops national radio charts and is featured on major streaming platforms. He’s produced remixes for Warner Music and Universal Music Group, and his track "Shapes" was named Track of the Week by Spinnin’ Records, featured on Spinnin’ Sessions 146.
In 2016, Oscar launched Overdrive, his weekly radio show on Alfa Radio FM, reaching EDM fans in over seven cities.
Oscar has headlined major festivals and clubs, sharing the stage with stars like Martin Garrix, Alesso, Armin van Buuren, and more. Offstage, he teaches DJing and music production, inspiring the next generation of artists with real-world knowledge and passion.
